Frederique Gareau

Frederique Gareau joined the company in 1996 as an affiliated real estate agent. At first, he specialized in office space and industrial spaces, in the greater Montreal area. In 1999, he earned his broker's license and became a chartered real estate agent. At that point, he was mostly involved with tenants, however he also worked for a landlord for a short period of time, managing their portfolio here in Montreal. Finally, like the rest of the family he specialized in tenant's representation for commercial spaces throughout Quebec. Also, from Spring 2000 to approximately Spring 2003, he split his time between real estate and head of operations for MBCo, a restaurant chain consisting of boutique style coffee shops, offering high-end products, created and operated by Peter Morentzos of The Queue de Cheval fame. Having been in the shoes of the tenant in this restaurant endeavour he understands more where his tenant's are coming from in terms of needs, locations, what there're able to pay and what they expect from the landlord. This specialization allows him to better council his clients as he understands more their requirements as well as what the landlord will want. Therefore, for site selection, lease negotiations and expansion plans, Frederique is your man!!
